The Association of Catalan Journalists will file a lawsuit before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg once all legal proceedings have expired, eventually reaching the Constitutional Court of Strasbourg.

In order to confront the expenses derived from the written application and its subsequent monitoring before the Strasbourg Court, The Association of Catalan Journalists is starting up, right from today, a micro-patronage campaign. The initial estimate is to exceed the 12,000€, half of them shall be borne by The Association of Catalan Journalists, and the rest of this amount shall be covered by the voluntary contribution of journalists and citizens willing to economically contribute to the initiative via Verkami.
